Paid and free downloads
Paid products unlock only after server-side payment confirmation. Products priced at TZS 0 unlock through an audited order without a payment request.
Downloading originals
Paid orders receive short-lived secure links. You can regenerate a fresh link while your entitlement remains valid.
Privacy or removal
Request removal and our privacy team will review it and send you the decision, normally within three working days.
